This Post tube was a medium power device that would handle 400 volts on the plate. The BE was a fairly large tube, measuring about 8 1/4 inches in overall height. The intricate glass work used must have required considerable hand fabrication. This sample, although clearly a BE type is marked G.erl.15a on the bulb. The meaning of this marking is not known.
